ORDERING & PAYMENT
We accept purchase orders from anywhere in the world. Emailed orders must contain specific item details. Initial orders may be purchased by Credit Card. All international credit cards are thoroughly verified. Bank checks are accepted after the initial order. Net credit terms are available with current, verifiable bank and trade references. 2%15, Net 30. Prices are subject to change. We will contact you upon receipt of your order to let you know of any price changes.
In stock merchandise ships within two (2) days of order.
All merchandise ships F.O.B. Seattle, WA.
Standard freight charges apply based on size of order and destination.
We ship via USPS and UPS.
We do not charge freight on shipment of back-ordered items.
We do not ship COD.
Cancellation requests must be received at least five (5) days prior to shipping.
Returns must be initiated within five (5) days of receipt of shipment.
All products to be returned require prior written or emailed authorization from OOZ & OZ.
Returns must be shipped within five (5) days of authorization.
Returned products must be factory fresh and shipped prepaid.
OOZ & OZ will not accept freight collect return shipments.
Damage claims must be made by phone or email within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Damaged products must be returned within 30-days of purchase for replacement (if in stock) or refund (in the amount of the purchase price minus any shipping and handling fees). Depending on availability, replaced item(s) will be shipped within ten business days of receipt of the customer’s request. If item(s) requested are no longer in stock, OOZ & OZ will process the return as a refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the customer’s request.
For refused shipments, customer is charged shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.
Samples may be purchased through our online shop. We refund the full cost of sample(s) with the first wholesale order for the item(s).
